Susan Whittington, Ph.D., MSOD
President, Whittington Strayer Consulting

Susan’s achievements include 20 years of experience in the areas of executive assessment, leadership development, organizational analysis and design, team development and merger integration. During this time she consulted at the top levels of organizations, both domestically and internationally. With nine years cumulative work experience at General Electric and National Semiconductor, she led the individual, team and organization development activities for multinational and start-up operations. Her consultation involves a broad range of industries, including high–tech, bio-tech, manufacturing, health care, aerospace, retail and financial services.

Sue is a licensed clinical psychologist in California. She earned a masters and a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, California. She holds a masters degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Southern California.
